Coraopolis Historical Society

Come check out local Western PA history at the new home of the Coraopolis Historical Society!  The Coraopolis Historical Society strives to tell the story of the Coraopolis Region through photographs, records, and personal accounts.  New information is added weekly!  If you are a longtime Coraopolis resident, a genealogist, an academic researcher, or someone just starting to get acquainted to the area, the Coraopolis Historical Society’s website is a great place to start!


History Research Archive for the Borough of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, near Moon Township, Pennsylvania, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, including Coraopolis Cemeteries, Coraopolis Maps, Coraopolis Industries, and Coraopolis Photographs.

  • Tuesday afternoons from 1-3 pm

  • Thursday afternoons from 1-3 pm

  • Thursday evenings from 6-8 pm


  • 2nd Saturday of each month from 10 am-2 pm
